Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older and a legal US resident to use PairPlays. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.
PourPoints & PourPacks
PourPoints are a virtual in-app currency with no cash value and are non-transferable. PourPacks contain randomized virtual rewards applied to your local game profile only. No refunds are offered once a PourPack is opened.
Referral program
Invite a friend to PairPlays. When your friend signs up through your invite link with a real account and completes their first Daily Pour, you earn 25 PourPoints and your friend receives the standard 30% welcome coupon that every new account gets. The program is a promotional rewards feature offered at our discretion. PairPlays runs no prize draw, sweepstakes, lottery, or game of chance; all rewards are earned by completing an action.
Referral eligibility & attribution
The program is open to registered PairPlays players who are 21 or older and legal US residents; guest and anonymous sessions do not qualify. A referral is attributed when a new player signs up through your invite link: the new account must be less than 30 days old, each friend can be bound to exactly one referrer (the first valid referrer takes precedence, permanently), and self-referrals or accounts you also control do not count.
Referral rewards & caps
You earn 25 PourPoints per activated referral, credited automatically, up to 10 referral rewards per calendar day (UTC). Additional activations stay pending and are re-checked the next time that friend completes a Daily Pour on a day you are under the cap. Rewards and coupons come from limited pools, are offered while supplies last, and are not guaranteed; test accounts and guest sessions never earn rewards.
Referral abuse
Do not refer yourself or accounts you control, create fake or automated accounts, spam your invite link, or buy, sell, or trade codes, coupons, or PourPoints. If we determine the program is being abused we may withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards, disqualify accounts, and exclude you from future promotions. Our determinations are final. We may change, pause, or end the program at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage. We reserve the right to disqualify any account found doing so.
Limitation of liability
PairPlays is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PourPlay Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of Delaware. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
